Solomon Kane

Solomon Kane is a fictional character created by Robert E. Kane. It is turned into a movie with the same name. Last night, after much determination, my eldest sis n I went to watch 'Solomon Kane' at Lotus Five Cinema. Why we did not watch it in MBO? It only has 2 time slots for the movie.

It has been years since I last watched a movie at Lotus Five Cinema, and man, has it lost it's glory. Main Reason: litters all over the floor. Ever since the opening of MBO, I have to say Lotus Five and Star Cineplex have really lost their glory.

Back to the movie. The rating?

Personally, I will rate is 4/5. It has been awhile since I had watched such good action pack movie, and furthermore, it's set in the 17th century. *TWO THUMBS UP* for this movie. I would suggest all movie-goers to watch this movie.

Oh one thing to keep in mind, no KIDS allow!! Seriously, when the movie is rated 18PL, there is a reason for it. This movie is definitely not for KIDS! Why? The killings scenes are not nice to watch! This remind me of the movie 'Ninja Assassin' - kind of similar but 'Ninja Assassin' is much more gory and horrifying than 'Solomon Kane'.

'Solomon Kane' actions scenes are pretty good, hahahahaha..... of course the actor who play 'Solomon Kane' did a very good job. He is quite similar to 'Van Helsing', especially the scene where he put the hat on. So for those who likes 'Van Helsing', no doubt you will like 'Solomon Kane' too. Oh and one more thing, it has a religious theme in it. A movie about a man set to redeem himself.
